The Lehigh Valley is full of zine makers, events, exchanges, and workshops. We have had several zine festivals in the area, including at the Ice House and HomeBase. We had zine swaps and zine exchanges at the Easton Book Festival with the Easton Zine Library, and mail exchanges during the pandemic with each participant sending out zines. During the pandemic, we also had zine related panels such as “Why Zines?” with local zine makers talking about the role of zines and their history. (Note: this was recorded and it was a great discussion!)
We still have active zine makers who host exchanges, workshops, zine meet ups, and facilitate zine selling and swapping.

The Lehigh Valley Zine Exchange (LVZE) is a grassroots zine fest that pops up monthly across Easton, Bethlehem, and Allentown, bringing together zinesters, artists, and the community to swap, share, and celebrate zines. Inclusive at heart and committed to uplifting marginalized voices, LVZE is more than a fest — it’s a welcoming exchange growing zine culture in the Valley!
The Easton Zine Library
The Easton Zine Library is a traveling collection of zines housed in Easton, PA with the goal of documenting and collecting zines, information about zines and formats and types, celebrating zines, and zine culture.
