Since we posted this year’s Words in the Ward, it seemed like a good idea to share the video from last year, the first year that WITW teamed up with the Easton Book Festival. Because of the pandemic, these were virtual alternatives to in person programming. Words in the Ward is a sporadic but generally in person event- but we found a way to do it by video. In both episodes, local poets provided video recordings of their poetry. These were then assembled together. This is a project coordinated by E. Lynn Alexander, founder of Lehigh Valley Poetry, and WITW is one of many programs that we do.
